We only carry out work on Windows based computers and laptops.  All makes and models accepted.

Hardware Diagnosis - faulty hardware can result in data loss and an unstable system.  It can also be responsible for your computer not starting or shutting down unexpectedly.

Software Diagnosis - Microsoft XP and Vista, Microsoft Office XP-2007 is supported but we will try to rectify any other software problems.

Hardware Upgrades - If your hard drive is running out of space, you want to improve the performance of your computer with some more memory or need a better graphics card for the latest games then we can upgrade it for you.

Virus Removal - Viruses can corrupt data, steal personal information and make your system unstable.  If you have or think you may have a computer virus we can check and remove it for you.  We can also advise on protecting your computer.

Spyware/Adware Removal - Like viruses, spyware/adware can steal personal information.  They can also hog system resources making your computer very slow, hack your email and start sending spam messages and corrupt data.

PC Health Check - A health check will keep your PC running problem free and efficiently.  We will also clean out any dust build-up from the heat sink and fans, making sure your computer won't overheat. 

Dust Removal -  If your computer freezes or it randomly shuts down it can be caused by a component overheating. 

The exterior of all PC cases will be lightly cleaned where possible, FREE of charge with any service.

In some cases it may be necessary to do a complete reinstall of the operating system.  All data and software will be lost.  If you are able to supply the software discs we will reinstall the software for you.  We will NOT install any unlicensed or illegal software.

NOTE :  We will NOT be held responsible for any data loss.  All personal data should be backed up before the computer is collected (please see T&C).
